Patricia Hurducaș
Born in Romania, I moved from Cluj-Napoca to Berlin in 2015, where I lived and studied for five years. In January 2020, I relocated to Switzerland in Arth-Goldau, enjoying two years of work and exploration. Since August 2022, I’ve been living in The Hague, The Netherlands, near the North Sea.
As a researcher and writer, I am passionate about social design, community building, and placemaking. My interests span travel, hosting salons, and fostering meaningful connections. I share my reflections on places and identity through my Substack newsletter.
At the moment, I am working on a series of essays and interviews that map the places we leave behind and the places we long for, which I will compile into a book.
I am a recipient of the Emergent Ventures Grant and Fellowship (2024), the EU Fellowship for Women Entrepreneurs (2023), and the I-Portunus Mobility Grant (2022).
